Every institution for learning has a progressive path of steps that are taken to learn. First is basic math, then algebra 1, then algebra 2. When it comes to the bible, God has a progressive path for everyone to learn as a new believer, but it is not laid out in the bible like you would find it in a text book. There are however scriptures that do show that there are students and teachers and certain texts that do pertain to the steps to follow to grow.
